Oyun da dahil olmak üzere ancak onunla sınırlı kalmayacak şekilde sitelerimize ait bütün içerik, materyaller, dokümanlar, bilgiler, grafikler, tasarımlar, ürünler, yazılımlar, güncellemeler, yamalar ve servisler, ilgili antlaşmalarla ve fikir / sanat eserleri kanunları ile yasal olarak korunmaktadır. Oyuna ve web sitelerine erişmeye çalışanlar bunun sorumluluğu üstlenirler ve hiçbir kısıtlama olmadan Internet, veri aktarımı, e-posta ve gizlilik ile ilgili yasalara uymayı taahhüt ederler.

Oyuna ve ilgili uygulamalara erişim ya da oyunun indirilmesi, size hiçbir şekilde Oyuna ve uygulamalara sahiplik veya herhangi bir fikri mülkiyet hakkı vermez. Oyun mobil cihazlara cihazın resmi market yazılımı içinden indirilerek oynanır. Teknik aksaklıklardan dolayı oluşan veri kayıpları, oyuna ve hizmetlere erişim problemlerinden dolayı oluşabilecek hak kayıplarında oyun sahipleri problemleri çözme konusunda çaba sarf etmeyi kabul eder fakat kayıpların her koşulda telafisini garanti etmezler. Geliştiriciler oyunu oyun amacı dışında kullanan kişileri tespit ettikleri zaman bu kişilere ceza uygulayabilir ya da oyundan tamamen uzaklaştırma işlemi yapabilirler. Her oyuncu oyun kurallarına ve geliştiricilerin oyunu düzenlemek adına aldıkları kararlara uymakla yükümlüdür. Oyun yazılımı geliştiriciler tarafından sürekli değiştirilmekte ve güncellenmektedir. Bu güncellemeler sırasında yazılım bazı cihazların kapasitelerinin çalıştırmaya yetmeyeceği ölçüde değiştirilebilir. Böyle durumlarda yazılım cihazda işlemeyebilir. Geliştiriciler oluşan problemlerin çözümü için çaba sarfetmeyi kabul etmekle beraber oyuna giriş yapamamanız durumunda yaşayabileceğiniz hak kayıplarından sorumlu tutulamazlar. Oyun yazılımı ve oyun sunucuları arasındaki iletişimin geriye doğru mühendislik yöntemleri ile çözülmeye çalışması, dinlenmesi, değiştirilmesi, başka sunuculara yönlendirilmesi, oyun sunucularının simüle edilmesi, başka oyun sunucularının kurulması ve/veya işletilmesi kullanım koşullarına aykırıdır. Bu tip faaliyet içinde bulunan kişi ve kurumlar hakkında oyun geliştiricisi her türlü hukuki işlemi başlatma hakkında sahiptir.

The use of the Game downloaded from our sites, any application or code, files, images created with or integrated into the code, data accompanying the Game, updates, patches and other elements of the Game, including but not limited to, are defined by the terms of use set forth herein. Accessing or downloading the game and related applications in no way gives you ownership or any intellectual property rights to the Game and applications. The game is played on mobile devices by downloading it from the official market software of the device. Bu bağlamda, herhangi bir şekilde Oyunu ve uygulamaları çoğaltmamayı, alt-lisans vermemeyi, ticari olarak kullanmamayı, Oyunun, uygulamaların yada materyalin türevlerini oluşturmamayı kabul ve taahhüt ediyorsunuz. Oyunu, logoları, markaları ve fikri mülkiyet haklarıyla korunan, oyun geliştiricisi ne ait olan herhangi diğer materyali değiştirmeyeceğinizi ve kötüye kullanmayacağınızı kabul ve taahhüt ediyorsunuz.

Downloading, trialing, purchasing and/or subscribing to a game gives you; grants you an individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial use license. You agree that the games and applications are protected by copyright laws and that the intellectual property belongs to the owner. In this context, you agree and undertake not to reproduce, sub-license, commercially use the Game and applications in any way, or create derivative works of the Game, applications or material. You agree and undertake that you will not modify or misuse the game, its logos, trademarks and any other material protected by intellectual property rights belonging to the game developer.
